Shanklin beach is one of the best beaches on the Isle of Wight. Sandy beach sheltered by cliffs. Suitable for swimming and watersports. Life guard in the summer season. Car parks, toilets and all the traditional seaside attractions. There is a lift if you dont fancy the hill or steps. Has resort seaside award.

Rylstone Gardens

Has fantastic sea views. Old fashioned crazy golf course with tea rooms and a fantastic flower display. Ideal place to see the Red Squirrels is on there bird feeders. Bandstand which has bands playing 3/4 times a week in high season.
