2pm to 9pm. We don't do late check-ins as we are a family hotel. The only late check-ins we would do are ones organised prior to booking.

We have ground floor rooms in the annex, but there are 6 steps into main building where the restaurant, bar and lounges are situated.
No smoking in the building. Anyone smoking in the rooms will be asked to pay in full and leave the premises. Smoking area in the garden.
Sorry no pets allowed. Guide and hearing dogs welcome.
Due to health and safety. The amount of people stated on the booking form is all that is allowed in that room. Infant must be classed as a child. If you want a cot or space for a cot please phone before booking as only certain rooms fit a cot. 15 onwards is classed as an adult.
More than 2 weeks notice 15% of total bill (not including ferry)
2 weeks to Arrival Date 100% of Total Booking ( not including ferry)
Ferry can be cancelled if have 24 hours Notice.
If cancel within 24 hours of arrival ferry will have to be paid for in full.
We strongly advice that cancellation insurance is taken out to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
